Interior Painting
Why not add a lovely colour on the walls in your living room?
After some years you often need to repaint the walls and ceiling. You will get blemishes and the natural airflow in the room will discolour the wall as the air will carry polution and dust.
If you live on the North Pole you could count on clear air but in the Kent and London areas you need to repaint so why not upgrade the colour on the wall.
Tips from Daryl: Allways paint the ceiling before you paint a wall! The finish will look sharper and you avoid the risk that the ceiling will look dirty against a newly painted wall!
Wallpaper Hanging
There are lots of beatiful wallpapers out there that can do magic for your room. Surf the web, look at catalogues and visit decoration shops for inspiration. I will take it from there, prepare the wall and hang them for you.
Why not combine a more dominating feature wallpaper on one wall with a more modest wallpaper or paint on the other walls?
Tips from Daryl: “Allways consider how the wallpaper complements your furnitures and textiles. Pick the right paper quality for the location
Washrooms and Bathrooms
Rooms exposed to humidity need to be done with proper material and according to wetroom standards.
We have a wide range of experience in all types of painting and wallpapering in tough environments. We have contacts that can help you in areas outside our expertise (plumming, electricity etc)
Tips from Daryl: Why not combine tiling with a wetroom wallpaper to add interesting patterns and colours to the room!
Exterior Painting
The house exterior is the face of your home and the first impression that tells alot about you. Renew the outdoor paint before its too late. Paint is aged by the UV light and weather elements, and will gradually depreciates the protection of your facad. Make sure to clean and check the outside paint every 3rd year or when you feel its needed.
Tips from Daryl: A glossy paint will keep the dirt away but may look a bit shiny. Its a balance act, but you are welcome to discuss with me what will be best for you!
Windows and doors need to be in good condition for your comfort. A stuck window or a door that is hard to close is annoying. Paint in the south will age faster due to UV exposure but a window in the north side of the house is more sensitive for humidity and the paint will make a differnce how long they will last.
Tips for Daryl: Allways keeps the mechanics of the windows or doors in good condition by grease lubrication. A stuck window or a faulty door is highly irritating and need to be replaced earlier.
